At Deaf-in-Tech, we understand that creating an inclusive environment requires more than just good intentions—it demands a strategic approach tailored to the specific needs of the Deaf community within the tech industry. Our Inclusion Readiness Assessment Services are designed to help organizations evaluate their current practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance accessibility and inclusivity. We offer comprehensive evaluation and assessments of organization’s policies, practices, and technologies to determine how well they accommodate Deaf individuals. We also offer customized recommendations, training and workshops to promote inclusion. As inclusion is an ongoing journey, we provide continued support to help organizations monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and stay informed about the latest developments in accessibility and inclusion best practices.
Digits and Signs is our initiative focused on integrating Deaf culture and sign language into technology. It introduces young Deaf individuals aged 6-17 to STEM, providing a strong foundation in math and basic science courses. Our program aims to spark interest and build essential skills in these subjects through interactive and accessible learning experiences. By fostering early engagement with STEM, we prepare the next generation of Deaf innovators for future success.
At Deaf-in-Tech, we are committed to breaking down barriers in education and professional development. Our Deaf Learn Digital Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform designed specifically to meet the learning needs of the Deaf community globally. It is specifically designed for learners who can not participate in our in-person trainings. This comprehensive, accessible, and user-friendly system offers a tailored learning experience that empowers Deaf individuals to acquire digital skills, connect with a pool of mentors and thrive in the tech industry.
